Returns Pick-Up and Processing During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product : Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and clearly visible.
Complete Product : All in-the-box accessories, like freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product : The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product : The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging : Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the company.


All return replacement cases shall be considered within 7 days after the date of delivery of your order. ,
1 Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Return requests can be raised on the My Order section within 7 days of delivery.

2. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detailed on website.

3. Return will be processed only if:

(A) it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
(B) the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
(C) The product is returned with Brand/Manufacture box, MRP tag intact, user manual, and
all the accessories therein, if any.

4. All orders, including faulty or damaged products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of our order.

5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect product ordered.

6. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

7. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

8. Products may be eligible for replacement with the same conditions applied under return policy.

9. A return or replace will not be processed if missing or damaged caused while in customers possession of any item or its accessories.

10. Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.

11. In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which appear to be opened, tried, or used. 12. We will not accept returns of products if their packaging, labels or stickers are missing.

13. We will accept returns of any products received by you in a damaged or faulty condition and offer you a full refund of the purchase price or the free replacement of the same.

14. If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.

15. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

For payments made via debit or credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same debit or credit card.
Refunds: : In case of refunds, The amount paid by you will get refunded using mode of payment within 5-7 days. If refund via payment gateway is not possible, our customer team will mail you to share NEFT / RTGS details in order to transfer the money.

Please Note: : We do not Offer Product Returns/Replace once the product has been opened as the products cannot be resold to customers.

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your Hillmen account
2. Go to Returns/Replacements.
3. Click on 'Order ID' against you wish to return.
4. Fill in the details and raise a return request


Once you raise a request, you'll get an email or SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.
